Please Be Advised, All Cycle 2 Past-Due Balances are due no later than 4:00 pm on 12/1/25. If payment is not made by that time, all Past-Due Balances will pick up a $50.00 Non-Payment Fee and be disconnected on 12/3/25. If you choose to use the overnight drop box after 4:00 pm on 12/1/25 please do not forget to include the $50.00 Non-Payment Fee or you will be disconnected on 12/3/25. Please do not attempt to pay any Past-Due Balances online at this time. Those payments are made through a third party vendor and may not be posted to your account before the due date.
