Please Be Advised, ALL Cycle 1 Past-Due Balances are due no later than 4:00 pm on 11/17/2025.  If payment is not recieved by that time all Past-Due Balances will incurr a $50.00 Non-Payment Fee and will be disconnected on 11/19/2025.  If you choose to pay your past due balance through the Night Deposit Box please do not forget to include the $50.00 Non-Payment fee or you could be disconnected on 11/19/25. Please DO NOT ATTEMPT TO PAY PAST DUE BALANCES ONLINE AT THIS TIME.  THOSE PAYMENTS ARE MADE TO A THIRD PARTY PROCESSOR AND WILL NOT POST TO YOUR ACCOUNT FROM 3 TO 5 DAYS WHICH COULD LEAD TO YOU BEING DISCONNECTED.
