PLEASE BE ADVISED, ALL Cycle One Past-Due balances are due no later than 4:00 pm on 6/16/25.  If not paid by that time a $50.00 NON-Payment Fee will be added and the account will be locked on 6/23/25.  If you leave your payment in the overnight drop box after that time and date you will need to include a $50.00 NON-Payment fee along with the Past-Due Balance or you will be disconnected on 6/23/25.  Please DO NOT attempt to pay a past due balance online at this time.  Those payments are made to a third party vendor and might not get posted to your account by the disconnect date.  CWA will be close on 6/19/2025 in observance of Juneteenth.
