Please Be Advised. All Cycle 2 Past-Due Balances are due no later than 4:00 pm on 11/3/2025. Any past due balances not paid by that time will pick up a $50.00 Non-Payment Fee and will be disconnected on 11/5/2025. If you choose to leave your payment in the night deposit box after that time please do not forget to include the $50.00 Non-Payment fee or you will be disconnected on 11/5/2025. Please do not attempt to pay any Past-Due balances online at this time because those payments are made to a third party vendor and may not post to your account for up to 5 business days and could lead to you being disconnected.
